The Supervisor/Shift Manager ensures smooth daily operations for a health-focused restaurant concept. They lead the team in delivering fresh, nutritious food with excellent service while maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Support the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring your team/section are maintaining the high standards expected for the brand
- Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
- Establish a close working relationship with colleagues across the restaurant, supporting where needed
- Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service
