We're currently hiring a Braiding Machine Operator to support our production operations in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:
- As a Braiding Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:
- Operate braiders, spoolers, drying towers & more
- Use tools like calipers and scales to meet specs
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients accurately
- Enter data into our MRP system
- Keep your area clean, safe, and audit-ready
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–3 years of experience (we’ll train you!)
- Basic computer & math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Work Environment:
You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
