Painter Sales Leader (Part-Time, Commission-Based)

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Leader for our Painting Department — someone who understands painting and construction projects, can perform accurate on-site assessments, and knows how to close deals. This is a high-ticket sales role: most painting jobs range from $4,000 to $15,000, giving you the opportunity to earn strong commissions for just a few hours of work per project.This is not a hands-on painting job. We need a professional who can confidently evaluate homes, communicate with clients, and represent the company with integrity.
What You Will Do
- Conduct on-site visits for project assessments
- Prepare cost estimates and explain scope/options to homeowners
- Present services and close painting contracts
- Manage client communication throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate with operations and quality-check completed jobs
- Work only with inbound leads provided by the company (no cold calling)
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in painting, construction, or home improvement projects
- Ability to assess job complexity and estimate costs accurately
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Professional, reliable, and trust-building with clients
- Preferred: former foreman, estimator, or site supervisor
- Entrepreneurial mindset and flexible schedule

We do not hire active painters for this position — to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure clients stay within the company.
