Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions for our product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Build, deploy, and maintain web applications using modern tools and frameworks
- Optimize the performance and scalability of our applications
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, preferably in a scale-up environment
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Understanding of Linux system administration and Kubernetes deployments
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Rust
- Solid understanding of database management systems
- Interest in AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
