Description
The Logistics Order Processor is responsible for managing and processing orders efficiently and accurately across all branch divisions. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective collaboration with various departments, and adherence to monthly deadlines. The position also involves generating and publishing reports to support business operations and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and finance partners.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders across all branch divisions to meet monthly deadlines for booking and financial funding.
- Communicate effectively with branch coordinators, sales representatives, administrative teams, and finance partners to ensure the timely and accurate completion of order packets.
- Generate and publish monthly reports to support accountability and business functions.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of industry-related order processing procedures and requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial partner guidelines.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving order processing issues as they arise.
- Support additional administrative tasks within the department as needed.

- Experience using E-Auto preferred.
Education & Certification
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 5+ years of industry experience in order processing or logistics.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel.
- Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Occasionally lift 10-30 pounds.
