5000 Fastest-Growing Company.RoleThe Affordable Housing Account Director - East Coast will leverage affordable market expertise to drive revenue growth and client success through strategic consultation while managing a portfolio of engaged affordable multifamily management, ownership, and investment firms.You’ll build strong relationships with affordable housing organizations seeking efficiency in streamlining wait list management, leasing functions, awareness and reputation. This role requires mastering our product suite, conducting thoughtful discovery to identify the right solutions, and proactively uncovering upsell and expansion opportunities through ongoing client engagement.Responsibilities
- Quickly learn and master Respage’s full suite of products, delivering effective online and in-person presentations.
- Drive business growth by proactively identifying and developing new leads, while managing the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to demos, negotiation, and expansion.
- Build and grow strong relationships with affordable management, ownership, and investment firms through strategic account planning and consultative engagement.
- Partner with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities, execute expansion strategies, and ensure long-term client success.
- Use a data-driven approach to track performance, understand conversion trends, and forecast against monthly and annual goals.
- Represent Respage at industry events and networking opportunities, supporting brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and travel regularly (approximately one week per month) to meet with clients and prospects.
What You’ll Bring
- You live anywhere on the east coast with easy access to a major airport and bring proven expertise in selling to affordable housing owners and operators, including what ROI looks like to them
- 5+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions, ideally platform-based, with deep knowledge of the multifamily industry and next-generation solutions in marketing, leasing, and AI.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with a track record of engaging property marketing, operations, and C-level decision-makers.
- Skilled consultative seller and negotiator, able to identify client needs, translate them into tailored solutions, and close profitable agreements.
- Passionate about leveraging AI and automation to simplify leasing and improve operational outcomes across the multifamily industry.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline transparency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, effectively communicating change and new value to clients.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in marketing or operations for a multifamily affordable owner or operator, with deep insight into on-site challenges, resident engagement, and performance drivers.
- Established long-term relationships within the multifamily affordable housing industry, including connections with owners, operators, and decision-makers that accelerate business development opportunities.
- A strong understanding of proptech trends and innovation, with enthusiasm for leveraging technology to transform leasing, reputation management, and resident experience.

- The base salary range for this role is $100,000–$120,000 annually, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $230,000–$250,000 and uncapped commission potential.
- Final compensation will be determined based on experience, expertise, and current market data, and may vary from the range listed above.
