Addison, IL
. In this role, you’ll drive recruitment efforts for our
Industrial Sales teams
, partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You’ll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible, strategic role in the company’s success.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and leverage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for success—both individually and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a great plus!
- Agency recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting.
