What you’ll do
- Supervise nurses and therapists daily
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Train staff on infection control and bag technique
- Assist with order clarification and clinical issues
- Support QAPI and performance improvement programs
- Conduct competency assessments and orientation training
- Review patient appropriateness for home health services
Must-haves
- Active RN license in Virginia (or Physician license)
- 3+ years nursing experience
- 2+ years home health or community experience
- Current CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check
