Controller

ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced on-site and strategic Controller to oversee our company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, compliance, and team leadership, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities:-Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and fixed assets-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes-Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets-Manage audit relationships and coordinate external audits-Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership-Supervise and mentor accounting staff-Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred-Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader-Experience with forensic accounting is a PLUS-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and internal controls-Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
