Giga builds and deploys AI support agents for the largest B2C companies in the world. About the Role
You’ll operate as a senior problem-solver and execution partner to leadership—running the operating cadence, aligning teams, and delivering outcomes on high-priority initiatives. This is a hands-on role that blends program leadership, communication, and rigorous follow-through.
Who You Are
You have broad strategic knowledge, operations strength, and business savvy. You have some exposure to recruiting operations and know how to support spinning up teams to solve problems.You feel comfortable being a trusted representative of the executive team both internally and externally. You are also one of the following:
- Ex-consultant (Bain/BCG/McKinsey) or equivalent strategic background, with strong financial modeling and exec-facing communication
- High-growth tech strategy/ops lead who’s owned OKRs and cross-functional programs (0→1 or 1→N scale)
- Chief of Staff / Office of the CEO operator who has run executive cadences, handled sensitive initiatives, and driven follow-through
- Ex-startup founder (backed by YC or a Tier 1 venture capital firm)
- Private Equity / Investment Banking, bringing disciplined execution in ambiguous environments

Compensation Range: $150K - $200K
