Purpose:
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing hands-on day-to-day production support for the HRIS platform and serving as a subject matter expert. This role ensures compliance with Information Security, IT governance, and SOX standards. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, a strong blend of technical expertise and functional HR knowledge to drive ongoing enhancements, governance, and administration of the HRIS platform.The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide technical support in resolving HRIS technical issues, implementing configuration changes, and optimizing system functionality.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for HRIS business process configuration, security governance, system administration, and ad-hoc third-party support.
 - Lead efforts to plan, design, and implement new and improved business solutions to maximize the HRIS functionality for day-to-day operations and long-term objectives.
 - Manage lifecycle of issues and enhancements related to HRIS for HR, internal teams, external vendors, and internal systems as necessary.
 - Deliver HRIS technology solutions that align with business strategies, enhance efficiency, and promote collaborative innovation across the organization.
 - Lead new HRIS feature releases, ensuring seamless implementation of new/improved functionality and minimal disruption to business operations.
 - Manage customer alerts and prioritize feature requests on the HRIS roadmap.
 - Act as a liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
 - Adhere to IT governance, SOX compliance, and maintain related documentation.
 - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements across the HRIS platform.
 - Responsible for establishing and maintaining job aids, comprehensive procedures and audit controls for HRIS ensuring compliance with the Bank’s internal policies/procedures.
 - Create, maintain materials, and deliver training for administrators and end-users, and provide ongoing support.
 - Demonstrate continuous learning by attending HRIS sessions, trainings and/or conferences and collaborating with peers in other System Banks or outside organizations.
 
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM System Administration including business process configuration, tenant configuration, security administration, data loads, integration design & management, and release planning/testing.
 - Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion.
 - Proficiency in multiple Workday modules such as: Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll (US), Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Benefits etc.
 - Ability to perform root-cause analysis on tenant configuration and integration issues and capable of navigating challenges independently.
 - Excellent organizational, project management, and change management skills to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new solutions.
 - Strong consulting and interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and third-party relationships.
 - Proven ability to take ownership and accountability in a fast-paced, regulated environment focused on continuous improvement.
 - Familiarity with Audit, Governance, and Compliance oversight of the Workday platform.
 - Workday PRO certification(s) preferred.
 
Hiring Range: $91,000-$107,000Hiring ranges reflect the base salary that the Bank reasonably expects to pay for a given role and is not inclusive of annual incentive award opportunities, retirement benefits or the value of other health and welfare or other ancillary benefits. We consider many factors when determining base salaries such as individual background and experience, the competitive environment, education, particular skill set(s), and industry and institutional knowledge.
