About this role
Prescryptive is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team on a contract assignment up to 120 days. In this role, you’ll help redefine what “customer service” means in healthcare. Our Customer Care Representatives are the voice of our customers—advocating for their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of tools and processes that scale with our growing organization.This is a contract opportunity for individuals with a builder’s mindset who enjoy solving problems, creating structure in ambiguity, and improving operational processes.This position reports to the Customer Care Operations Manager and can be remote anywhere in the U.S.
To support our 24/7 member experience, candidates must be able to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT, as well as occasional holidays.
What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of Prescryptive’s customers and their needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer service via phone, email, and case systems (Salesforce).
- Contribute to Prescryptive's success in serving members and plans by identifying issues, escalating trends, and contributing improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to share feedback that enhances the customer experience.
- Assist with customer communications during product updates or launches.
- Acquire detailed knowledge of Prescryptive’s products, workflows, and support tools.
- Help refine and document internal customer care processes.
What you will bring
- Experience in a customer service or healthcare operations role (PBM, health plan, or pharmacy setting a plus).
- Active pharmacy technician license preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and sense of urgency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Salesforce or similar case management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable work setup with computer, external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and private workspace suitable for confidential calls.
Contract Details
- Length of Contract: up to 120-day assignment (with potential extension based on business needs)
- Expected Start Date: December 9, 2025
- Schedule: Must be available to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PT, including occasional holidays.
- Pay Range: $24-26 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
- Work Arrangement: Remote (U.S.-based); must have reliable internet and a suitable private workspace for confidential calls.
- Equipment: Prescryptive will provide a laptop, monitor, headset, keyboard, and mouse for the duration of the contract.
- Benefits: This is a contract role and therefore not eligible for Prescryptive employee benefits.
