The Opportunity:
The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of Euna Solutions’ Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) implementations. This is a new role at Euna and offers a unique opportunity to influence the development of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy across a wide range of projects, with potential to impact teams and initiatives across the company. The position is responsible for developing and executing OCM strategies that enable state agencies and large public sector customers to adopt new grant management systems effectively.
The role will support ECP project teams and customer stakeholders in managing the people side of change, including business processes, system adoption, and cultural transformation.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that drive adoption and minimize resistance for ECP projects.
- Partner with state agencies and internal project teams to identify stakeholder impacts, readiness levels, and communication needs.
- Design and deliver clear, audience-appropriate communication materials to ensure transparency and alignment with public sector values of accountability and trust.
- Create and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, including executive briefings, workshops, and user feedback sessions.
- Collaborate on training and adoption approaches and materials that enable agency staff to transition smoothly to new systems and processes.
- Track adoption metrics and provide regular reports on readiness, engagement, and user confidence.
- Identify risks and resistance points; propose actionable solutions to overcome adoption challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to agency leadership on effective change practices throughout multi-year implementation projects.
- Enhance the existing OCM foundation to create a consistent, scalable OCM framework tailored for ECP needs.
- Establish standards, templates, and processes that can be applied across a wide range of state agency customers to ensure consistency in communication, training, and adoption practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and their application in large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for state agency executives, project teams, and end-users.
- Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver practical results under complex project conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, communications, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification (CCMP, Prosci or equivalent).
- Experience working directly with state agencies or large public sector organizations.
- Familiarity with grant management processes and compliance considerations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, and experience applying them to enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Strong communication skills with ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and building trust across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to design and deliver project artifacts and adoption support tailored for diverse user groups.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track, measure, and report on readiness and adoption metrics.
- Demonstrated adaptability in managing shifting priorities and varied organizational cultures.
- Ability to create scalable frameworks, templates, and standards for consistent OCM delivery across customers.
