So, what’s the role all about?
The Director, Legal M&A and Strategic Projects will provide legal support and leadership in strategic corporate development initiatives, and act as a core member in various legal and cross-company projects.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead the Legal support on strategic M&A transactions and other corporate development initiatives, through the process, including PMI
- Act as a key member in various projects supporting NiCE Legal, global functions and other cross-company initiatives
- Manage the legal interface and work closely with internal and external cross-function and cross-discipline teams on strategic initiatives, including outside counsel, Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Compliance, Operations and Sales.
- Reporting directly to NiCE’s General Counsel
Have you got what it takes?
- 9+ years’ experience
- Significant proven track record in leading the legal work on M&A transactions
- Hands-on, diligent, and solution-oriented
- Independent, with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Great communication skills
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
- Team player
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high intensity, and uncertain environment
- Ability to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- LL.B from a top university
- In-house experience in a U.S. or dual-traded technology company – a significant advantage
- Managerial experience, MBA - an advantage
