What You’ll Do
- Lead telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology patients
- Manage ongoing care plans using clear, evidence-based protocols
- Conduct routine follow-ups that reduce strain on cardiology specialists
- Document progress and outcomes in the EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a large health system
What You Bring
- Active NP license in Maryland or D.C.
- 2+ years of cardiology experience (outpatient preferred)
- Willingness to complete 4–6 weeks of onsite training in Columbia, MD
- Strong comfort with telehealth workflows and independent patient management
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior telehealth experience
- Familiarity with large health system operations
