What you can expect
- Temporary employment contract as parental leave replacement with option to extend
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary strategy team with empathy and clarity.
- Consult clients independently on brand, communication, and business strategy — identifying growth opportunities.
- Spot emerging trends (AI, Martech, e-commerce, CRM) and turn them into actionable opportunities.
- Translate research, insights, and data into actionable strategies, creative territories
- Lead pitches with a digital-first mindset.
- Lead pitches, workshops and presentations to meet client’s needs
- Confident workshop facilitator and presenter, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate across functions — from data and analytics to creative and performance — to deliver end-to-end strategic excellence.
- Collaborate with our international units/teams on topics on a global scale.
- Manage resources, capacity, and budgets — ensuring efficiency and maintaining high standards of strategic excellence.
- Mentor and develop individual team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and ownership.
What we'd love to see
- 6–10 years’ experience in communication strategy, including leadership responsibility.
- Solid experience in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communication; expertise in e-commerce and CRM is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing effective communication strategies that deliver business outcomes.
- Excellent strategic storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complexity into clarity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1+)
- Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset — with a passion for people, brands, and innovation.
- Positive and proactive attitude, sense of humor, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills.
