Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Managed shared mailbox and route tasks to other team members•    Coordinate and organize appeals related reference materials•    Process invoice appeals within the specific requirements of client-specific processes•    Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output•    Process invoices for importing within 1-2 business days of receipt•    Research and obtain further information for incomplete entries•    Update databases and relay information to pertinent parties when appropriate•    Track client authorizations and exceptions in company database•    Communicate with and respond to queries from clients and law firms about appealed invoices as needed•    Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data•    Prioritize workload according to Quovant methodology and client guidelines•    Cross-train to support other team members within Compliance Services when needed or as requested by department manager
Requirements & Skills:
•    Education/training/experience in a legal related field preferable•    Knowledge of legal terminology and legal practices (including hourly billing); thorough understanding of litigation process a plus•    Knowledge or familiarity with Zendesk is preferred•    Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a strong commitment to team success•    Ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule•    Ability to learn new programs and take on new tasks•    Strong problem-solving skills•    Must be organized and detail-oriented•    Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
Education:    
•    High School Diploma or GED required•    An Associate’s degree or higher preferred
