About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing operations and marketing planning process. In this role, you’ll oversee our marketing technology stack, CRM and marketing integrations and processes, analytics, and report to drive efficiency, alignment with Sales, and scalable growth. You’ll also support the CMO in developing and managing an annual planning process that codifies the marketing team’s strategies, tactics and KPIs for the upcoming yearYou’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing team—owning systems, data, automation, and process improvements that directly impact revenue performance.Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive a comprehensive marketing analytics approach; define marketing KPIs, build dashboards and reports, identify areas for performance optimization, and measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Own and drive a comprehensive marketing planning approach that articulates the annual strategies, tactics, and KPIs for the team and includes quarterly updates.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success teams to build and align on annual/quarterly pipeline forecasts.
- Develop and manage lead scoring models, lead routing, lead nurturing, and data hygiene processes.
- Optimize marketing automation, reporting, and campaign tracking across all channels; implement multi-touch attribution solution.
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution and ABM tools).
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance personalization and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and data governance best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven success managing HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience implementing lead scoring, attribution, and ABM programs from the ground up.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and performance reports, as well as distilling insights from the data and identifying areas for optimization.
- Skilled in process optimization, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Prior aviation or B2B technology experience.
- Familiarity with intent data and marketing automation innovations.
