Member Services Representative - Contract
Join Our Professional Association client as a Member Services Representative for a contract role that starts asap through until the end of December with a potential extension into 2026!
Location: Vancouver West SideHours: 9am-5pm Monday – FridayContract Starts: Asap – End of December possible extension into 2026Pay: $26.00 per hour plus vacation pay

As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful contact who ensures our members receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, primarily over the phone, and also via email and in person.
- Provide information and assistance related to membership, Professional Development Program registration, event ticketing, and retail sales.
- Ensure all member interactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional and professional service.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth and responsive front-line operations.
- General Administrative Assistant duties

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven administrative and data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
