Job Summary:As a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, you will accelerate pipeline, revenue, and retention through full-funnel, data-driven marketing programs. This pivotal, hands-on role is responsible for scaling demand generation, optimizing campaign performance, and building a sustainable, efficient growth engine that delivers measurable results across the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll own integrated go-to-market programs across paid media, outbound, ABM, and customer engagement — leveraging data, creativity, and empathy to drive awareness, acquisition, and expansion. You’ll thrive in the details while connecting dots at a strategic level, combining analytical precision with creative execution to fuel Logically’s growth. Job Duties & Responsibilities:Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Logically’s growth marketing programs across paid search, paid social, ABM, and customer marketing. 
- Develop and test integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. 
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to scale acquisition efficiently and maximize ROI. 
Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Growth
- Use your unique ability to understand and empathize with our customers to lead Logically’s customer engagement strategy across the lifecycle — from onboarding to retention. 
- Combine creativity, empathy, humor, and human storytelling with data-driven insights to build campaigns that resonate deeply with our audience. 
- Develop programs to drive upsell and cross-sell, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to deliver the right message at the right time. 
- Measure and improve key metrics including upsell revenue, cross-sell adoption, and customer retention. 
Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership
- Own GTM plans for new solution launches, partnering with Brand, Services, and Technology Alliances teams to define launch goals, messaging, rollout plans, and adoption playbooks. 
- Ensure GTM activities align across content, campaigns, enablement, and field marketing to maximize awareness and adoption. 
Outbound & Automation
- Design and execute automated, high-quality outbound campaigns that equip SDRs with efficient, personalized outreach at scale. 
- Build and optimize lead capture, routing, and nurture workflows, ensuring SLAs are met and handoffs to Sales and SDRs are seamless. 
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to build dashboards tracking KPIs, attribution, and ROI across channels. 
- Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership, sharing insights and actionable recommendations. 
- Manage and optimize channel budgets, ensuring every dollar drives measurable revenue impact. 
Qualifications: 
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or IT/cybersecurity environments. 
- Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel digital marketing programs that consistently drive pipeline and revenue growth. 
- Experience leading customer lifecycle programs, with measurable impact on retention, expansion, and engagement. 
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital platforms. 
- Deep understanding of ABM and experience executing both high-touch and scalable ICP campaigns. 
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, SalesIntel, and related martech tools. 
- Familiarity with and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or HubSpot AI) to enhance research, copywriting, targeting, and optimization. 
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and the ability to operationalize campaign execution efficiently. 
- Highly analytical and data-driven; skilled at using performance insights to optimize outcomes. 
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM-based attribution tracking. 
- Excellent collaborator and communicator with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams. 
- Creative, empathetic storyteller who knows how to connect with a human audience in a technical space. 
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
