We collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to provide insights, develop scalable programs, and ensure strong compliance and governance across the organization.We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven HR leader who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders.
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be accountable for designing and delivering people solutions that improve organizational performance and drive business outcomes. This role will deeply leverage people analytics, workforce planning, talent insights, and HR operational expertise — while operating independently as an advanced individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner directly with senior executives to align people strategies with business priorities.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives that improve scalability and team effectiveness.
- Influence decision-making through data-backed insights and thought leadership.
- People Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Define and lead key metrics, dashboards, and predictive insights.
- Drive workforce planning and assess talent risks, opportunities, and engagement trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of people programs and inform continuous improvement.
- Talent & Employee Experience
- Assess organizational health and recommend targeted interventions to enhance culture, retention, and performance.
- Utilize engagement and performance data to create action plans that enable leaders and teams to thrive.
- Support leadership development initiatives, competency modeling, and succession planning.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of People policies and processes aligned with local regulations and global standards.
- Maintain strong data governance practices to protect confidentiality and ensure reporting accuracy.
Required Experience & Skills
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Psychology/Development, Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or People Analytics leadership roles in complex, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic outcomes without direct authority.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using HRIS systems and data visualization tools (Workday, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Exceptional communication, executive-ready storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bias for action, independent execution, and the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end.
