ROLE SUMMARY
We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and relationship‑driven PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to own the execution of the day‑to‑day operations of our creator program. You’ll execute influencer campaigns end‑to‑end, manage product seeding and gifting, review and track creator content, and maintain CRM and reporting. The role supports broader PR and marketing initiatives as needed but is primarily focused on influencers and creator partnerships to grow brand love for then I met you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute influencer campaigns end‑to‑end: outreach, onboarding, contract coordination, content approvals, asset collection, payment coordination, and post‑campaign wrap-up.
- Create and support detailed content briefs (messaging, hashtags, creative direction, CTAs) and ensure creator content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage gifting and product seeding programs: inventory management, packing/shipping coordination, vendor liaison, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain and update influencer/creator CRM and contact lists with relationship notes, deliverable status, and performance history.
- Coordinate influencer content calendars with product launches, hero SKUs, and seasonal campaigns; work with social and creative teams to repurpose creator assets across channels.
- Track, collect, and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, clicks, promo code usage, attributed sales) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Support influencer contracts, usage‑rights documentation, and ensure FTC/advertising compliance.
- Assist with influencer and press event logistics (invitations, RSVPs, itineraries, on‑site support) as needed.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements to scale the program.
- Monitor platform trends and emerging creator opportunities; recommend new creators, formats, or tests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 1–3 years hands‑on experience in influencer marketing coordination, creator operations, or campaign logistics (beauty/skincare preferred).
- Excellent organization and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets/Excel); experience with influencer platforms/CRMs (e.g., Refunnel, CreatorIQ, Grin) is a plus.
- Passion for creator content and ability to spot talent and trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proactive, creative problem‑solver and collaborative team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable coordinating shipping logistics and basic international customs processes.
Preferred
- Knowledge of beauty or K‑Beauty category and genuine passion for skincare.
- Experience with photo/video content production or writing creative briefs.
- Familiarity with FTC disclosure rules and influencer compliance best practices.
- Experience managing interns or supporting small teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Influencer campaign ROI (engagement rate, CPM/CPE, conversion lift).
- Number and quality of influencer partnerships secured per quarter.
- Turnaround time for sample fulfillment and campaign setup.
- Accuracy and timeliness of campaign reporting.
- Growth and health of influencer relationships (repeat collaborations, responsiveness)
In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:The estimated annual pay range for this role is $55,000-$67,000.
- There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.
