YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK


This position will be the first face and first impression for CIC’s many clients, guests, and vendors. You will join our Community Operations Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.Potential responsibilities will include:• Managing the front desk experience to provide exceptional service, including welcoming guests, facilitating their transition to their host, and offering comprehensive support to new clients at CIC, such as making and distributing keys and answering queries.• Interacting with guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner, in-person, over the phone, and via electronic communication, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor, even in challenging situations.• Collaborating with and training other team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and handling a variety of client requests, from office access to shipping inquiries.• Overseeing the handling and organization of mail, package delivery, desk and mailroom supply inventory, and sending notifications to clients. • Technologically proficient, capable of learning new systems, and assisting clients with printers and other computer related issues.• Supporting team members with a range of operational tasks as required.

As a Concierge Coordinator you are an engaging, service-minded individual, reliable, assertive and capable of working independently. You're personable, calm in hectic environments, detail-oriented, and have strong time management skills. As a proactive team player, you excel in fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors, treat everyone equally, and bring fresh ideas and excellent communication skills to all aspects of your work.

YOU HAVE


• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• At least two years of professional experience.• A natural interest for helping/supporting others.• Availability to work on site five days a week. This role is scheduled for 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.• An interest in a long-term role.
