Position Overview


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finishing & Fulfillment coordinator to join our embroidery and apparel decoration facility. This role is critical to the final stages of production, ensuring garments are properly finished, packaged, and shipped, while also managing incoming inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has a strong eye for quality.

Key Responsibilities


Finishing & Quality Control


  • Fold garments neatly and consistently according to company standards.
  • Bag, tag, and label products for final presentation.
  • Inspect items for defects or quality issues before packaging.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed, including trimming threads and cutting excess backing for embroidery.

Shipping


  • Prepare completed orders for shipment (boxing, labeling, sealing).
  • Create and print shipping labels using company software.

Receiving


  • Receive, check, and verify incoming shipments of blank garments, supplies, and inventory.
  • Match received goods against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
  • Stock and organize incoming goods in designated storage areas.

General Facility Support


  • Keep finishing and shipping areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist production staff with moving goods between departments.
  • Support additional tasks during peak production periods.

Qualifications


  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or production environment preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks (folding, bagging, labeling).
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic computer literacy (shipping systems, order entry, or tracking software).
  • Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Work Environment


Hands-on role in a busy embroidery and decoration facility. Involves physical activity including standing, lifting, bending, and moving inventory. Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for cross-training in other production areas.
