Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Product Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and metrics to identify product opportunities and track performance, contributing to data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience.
  • Customer-centric focus: Engage with users to gather insights on pain points and preferences. Effectively communicate these findings to the product team to support data-driven product decisions that align with customer needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to support the seamless execution of product initiatives and feature launches.
  • UX and Design Partnership: Collaborate with the design team to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that elevate the customer experience.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to keep the product offering innovative and competitive.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Participate in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, optimization, and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Help track and monitor product KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to ongoing product refinement.

Qualifications


  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C company in the e-commerce or travel sectors.
  • Preferrably from tier 1 colleges.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience in gathering insights from data and using them to drive product enhancements.
  • A keen eye for design, with a good understanding of UX principles and customer experience design.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CleverTap, Excel, SQL).

Nice-to-Have:


  • Experience in the travel industry or with complex customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing, and funnel optimization techniques.

Additional Information


Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
