Summary 
We are looking for a motivated and technically curious IT Intern to join our team. This is a highly practical role where you will be instrumental in maintaining our internal technology infrastructure, supporting our employee base, and assisting with critical IT projects related to scaling our business. This internship is designed for a student seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Support: Serve as the first line of IT support for all employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare, configure, and deploy new hardware (Mac/Windows) for incoming employees. Manage user accounts and access across various platforms . Securely wipe and decommission hardware for departing staff.

  • Inventory Management:Maintainan accurate inventory of all company-owned equipment and licenses, ensuring all assets are tracked and accounted for.

  • Documentation: Create and update clear, concise internal knowledge base articles, tutorials, and IT best practice guides for employee self-service.

  • Project Support: Assist the Operations/IT team with ad-hoc projects related to scaling infrastructure, security audits, and preparing for future regulatory needs.

Qualifications and SkillsRequired:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems.

  • Familiarity with standard remote desktop tools and ticketing/helpdesk systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

  • Experience administering a modern collaboration suite (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).

  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi configuration).

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
