Job Description
Role Type: Contract to HireStart: Immediate Location: Remote Hourly Rate: $70-$80
What You’ll Do
This hybrid role blends project management discipline with organizational change leadership to drive business transformation for both clients and internally within Burwood. Project Management:Responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects within client accounts. You will ensure adherence to industry-wide and Burwood-specific best practices, to ‘best-in-class’ delivery quality, and to proactive management of project profitability, including
- Lead end to end project delivery across client and internal initiatives, safeguarding quality, scope and profitability
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project roadmaps, milestones and success metrics
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources for Burwood Group or client projects.
- Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies while reporting to leadership and governance bodies.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business teams to deliver “best in class” outcomes
- Support forecasting, financial tracking and project hygiene standards in alignment with PMO processes
Organizational Change Management:Supporting development of an OCM framework for Burwood Group’s use across a variety of change efforts and developing internal OCM capabilities across the Client Success team.
- Organizational Change Management
- Build and institutionalize Burwood’s OCM framework, including standard tools, templates and playbooks for consistent value based change delivery
- Develop process and templates for stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Assist with strategies to identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Design and implement adoption metrics, KPIs, and sustainment strategies.
- Provide guidance on communications planning and enablement strategies to ensure lasting behavioral change.
- Partner with Adoption and Training and PMO teams to embed OCM principles into delivery methodologies
- Support proposal development and articulate ROI for OCM efforts in client facing engagements
Qualifications
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technology and business transformation projects
- Proven experience building or executing Organizational Change Management strategies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks preferred)
- Highly skilled in the development and execution of communications planning.
- Exceptional communication and facilitations skills, comfortable engaging with executives, delivery teams and end users
- Demonstrated capability in providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational changes.
- You are preferably versed in managing work in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
- You have at least one Project Management-centric certification, preferably PMP or CSM
- You are competent in building presentations, process value mapping, workflow diagrams, and SOWs
- You have experience managing or supporting initiatives anchored in merger and acquisition cycles
- You have experience managing or supporting initiatives within the Healthcare vertical
- You have experience developing adoption programs for A
