Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise and support team performance to maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and service standards across all areas.
- Handle guest interactions, feedback, and ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- For cashiers and baristas – handle transactions and beverage preparation following company standards.
- For runners and servers – ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within F&B or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work across different brands and locations within UAE.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
