We are looking for a remote Global HRIS Specialist to help us elevate how we manage, connect, and care for our people worldwide. In this role, you’ll own our HR systems, ensure data accuracy across regions, and partner with People, Finance, and IT teams to create seamless, data-driven experiences that empower our employees and support our global growth.

What you'll be working on:
- Own and optimize the global HRIS — ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and a seamless user experience.
- Administer and maintain configurations, integrations, permissions, and automations across HR systems.
- Lead or support HRIS initiatives, including feature rollouts, process automation, and global upgrades.
- Partner with Finance and payroll to prepare, validate, and reconcile employee data across countries, ensuring accuracy before payroll submission.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) through regular audits and governance practices.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decisions.
- Manage employee lifecycle data — onboarding, role or compensation changes, benefits, time-off, performance, and offboarding.
- Collaborate globally with People, Finance, and IT teams to align systems and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide responsive HRIS support and clear process guidance.
- Stay current with HR tech trends and suggest improvements to maximize system value.
What we expect from you:
- 3–4 years of HRIS experience in a global or multi-country environment
- Proven experience administering an HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar).
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, process automation, and system integrations.
- Solid knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive — able to identify issues and suggest improvements independently.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and time zones.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Able to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Experience in a growing technology company environment is a plus.
