- Process payroll and manage employee files in line with company standards
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires across field and office roles
- Support recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records
- Draft disciplinary documents and assist in terminations in collaboration with HR
- Maintain compliance with safety logs, incident reports, and documentation standards
- Coordinate post-incident protocols, including drug testing and workers’ compensation claims
- Assist with DOT and equipment operator compliance tracking
- Ensure branch office operations run smoothly and align with regional leadership directives
- Act as the main administrative liaison between field teams, corporate HR, and management
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:
- 3–5 years in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a field service, construction, or equipment rental environment
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and leading administrative staff
- Ability to operate independently in a high-volume, on-site environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting equipment rental or job site setup operations
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and/or OSHA compliance
- Familiarity with workers’ comp procedures and post-incident documentation
Team & CultureYou’ll help oversee operations impacting up to 50 employees, with around 20 direct reports in administrative and support roles. This branch is high-energy and service-driven, requiring a confident leader who can bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations. You’ll work directly with the Regional Operations Manager and HR Director to drive efficiency and support field teams in real time.Benefits
