Overview
The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring effective repair, installation, and coordination of facility systems across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff, assign workload, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Provide training and orientation to staff on safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain records and documentation related to work performed and staff evaluations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to assess maintenance effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of facility management or related experience.
- General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance)
- Experience with CMMSS and computer proficiency preferred
- Certifications may be required.
