What You'll Be Doing to Drive Impact
This role is centered on leveraging the power of email marketing to nurture leads, engage customers, and optimize our digital footprint across multiple international markets. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning the full lifecycle of your digital projects.
- Email Marketing: Be the owner of our email campaigns. You will strategize, build, test, and deploy everything from complex automated customer journeys to one-off promotional blasts. Experience with a marketing automation platform (like Marketo) is key to success here.
- Bilingual Content Creation: Use your fluency in both Spanish and English to craft compelling, bi-cultural messaging for email and other digital touchpoints, ensuring high relevance and engagement across diverse audiences.
- Performance Optimization: Dive deep into the data. You'll meticulously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating metrics into actionable insights to constantly improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Broader Digital Strategy: While email is the core focus, you'll also contribute to the overall digital strategy, including segmentation efforts, A/B testing, and exploring other digital channels (e.g., social media retargeting).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a proactive, self-starting professional ready to embrace a challenge and grow their skills exponentially.
- Bilingual Fluency (Required): Must be fully proficient in written and verbal Spanish and English for professional communication, copywriting, and content creation.
- Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of dedicated experience in Email Marketing and a minimum of 1 year in broader digital marketing roles.
- Marketing Tech Proficiency: Direct experience with Marketo or another leading marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to use analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness, report findings, and make data-informed optimization decisions.
- Ownership & Autonomy: The ability to effectively manage a varied workload from concept to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills and working independently.
- Collaborative Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to build strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
