About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding Rose Rocket’s presence in the market. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and close through renewal and retention of your book of business. The right candidate will combine strong sales fundamentals with curiosity about how our customers operate and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do


  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers, primarily within the trucking and logistics space.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position Rose Rocket as a platform that solves real operational challenges.
  • Partner closely with marketing and solutions teams to deliver tailored world-class buying experiences and a smooth post-sale transition.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting in our CRM.
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to help shape our product and sales strategy.
  • Work cross functionally with our FDS team to ensure successful implementation of your customer & maintain executive level relationships.
  • Stay informed on logistics industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
  • Manage your book of business, with customer renewals & growth of account

What You Bring


  • Three or more years of success in a SaaS sales role, ideally in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry.
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in full-cycle sales roles.Strong prospecting ability and comfort generating your own pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and comfort operating in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Curiosity and a desire to deeply understand how our customers’ businesses run.

Nice to Have


  • Experience selling to carriers, brokers, or logistics providers.
  • Knowledge of transportation workflows such as dispatching, billing, and fleet management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot and modern sales tools.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company.
