The Opportunity
As a Technical Recruiter at Overview.ai, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to help build the future of manufacturing. This is a fully remote role, with working hours aligned to U.S. time zones. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter to contribute to scaling a world-class engineering team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source, identify, and engage engineering talent for a variety of technical roles using a multi-channel approach.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate, from initial contact to offer.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the talent team on pipeline status and recruiting activity.
- Leverage our recruiting tech stack, including Dover (ATS), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha, to build and manage a strong talent pipeline.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or startup environments.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and role requirements (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Factory Automation, Computer Vision).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey our company’s vision and value proposition.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Experience using modern sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
