Project Managers are the glue that holds the team together: the wizards of organization, the keepers of timelines, the drivers of benchmarks. At L|A, execution has to be perfect, and that’s where you come in. Hold us accountable, demand the best, take the notes, make the assignments, drive the timing. This position reports to the Associate Director of Project Management.Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the deliverables and details for assigned accounts and support project team with daily workload.
  • Set up and maintain projects, shared drives and agency management tools with proper coding and documentation
  • Reinforce process and Lafayette American ways of working
  • Coordinate and manage all activities necessary to meet needs of assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Facilitate team stand-ups and project check-ins to ensure alignment and accountability across work streams
  • Track progress, identify risks and proactively flag resource or scope needs to leadership
  • Build timelines and project deadlines / benchmarks.
  • Assign clear deliverables, next steps and task ownership.
  • Streamline communication among all project members and clients, as applicable.
  • Ensure all elements of program components are organized and stored for later use on all initiatives (decks, live content, analytics, reporting, etc.)
  • Conduct QA reviews to ensure deliverables align with prescriptive feedback, brand standards and client expectations.
  • Manage tagging, trafficking, and delivery of assets across multiple media channels
  • Co-management of status reports
  • Monitor team hours and impact on project budgets
  • Willingness and enthusiasm in an always-on environment.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4 yrs + advertising agency experience in project management or similar function.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with integrated marketing campaigns spanning broadcast/CTV, digital, social, and print, ensuring cohesive 360° campaign execution.
  • Experience and comfort with all of the following: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Slack, digital asset management systems, Figma. Adobe suite a bonus. 
  • Automotive experience a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge/familiarity with project management systems.
  • Openness to miscellaneous tasks as needs may vary from program to program.
