What You’ll Do:

Meet with students and families to walk through tuition planningGuide them through FAFSA, MPN, and financial aid formsProvide clear answers and outstanding support, virtually and in personStay current on aid regulations and school policiesPartner with Admissions and Financial Services teamsKeep applicants moving forward with follow-up calls and personalized guidanceYou’re a Fit If You Have:Associate degree or equivalent experience2+ years in financial aid, customer service, or bankingA helpful attitude, strong attention to detail, and love working with peopleBilingual in Spanish? That’s a huge plus!
