The Entry Level Sales Representative is results-driven, and engages with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Our goal is to teach and train this individual Business Development and learn all about what Victory has to offer. This position has growth guaranteed. We believe in this person to learn every department, every task, and become well-rounded before we promote them into a different department or supervisor role. Key Responsibilities of Sales Representative:
Present and promote Victory products using our presentation and knowledge to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goalsCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedback
Requirements of Sales Representative:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and customer serviceAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the homeowners' needsRelationship management skills and ability to take constructive criticism
