🌟 What You’ll Do


As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps health care providers — from hospitals to dental offices — with their payment and account questions.Every day, you’ll:

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
  • Assist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and updates
  • Help users with website support (like password resets and navigation)
  • Ensure all customer information is accurate
  • Keep things friendly, helpful, and efficient — even on the 60–70 calls you’ll rock through daily!

đź§  What You Bring


We’re looking for someone who’s:

  • At least 18 with a HS diploma or GED
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 25+ words per minute
  • A great communicator — both on the phone and in writing
  • Patient, empathetic, and upbeat (we love great attitudes!)
  • Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us(Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!)

⏰ The Details


Training Hours:

Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST

Regular Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST (No weekends!) 8- Hour Shifts
Location: 111 Roberts Road, Suite 400, Grindstone, PA 15442
