🔧 What You’ll Do:

Conduct deep-dive assessments of client business processes and technology usage to produce industry standard strategic documentation such as Technology Utilization Assessments, Digital Transformation Roadmaps, Executive Strategy Decks, Use Case Documentation, Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, Value Realization Plans, Adoption & Enablement Strategies, Risk Assessments & Mitigation Plans
Architect Microsoft 365 and AI based solutions that align with business goals
Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure solution feasibility and adoption
Present findings and recommendations to C-level stakeholders
Stay current on Microsoft 365 capabilities, governance, and best practices
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

7+ years in business consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.
A growth mindset, you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.
Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 and AI (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Viva, etc.)
Experience across multiple industries and departments (HR, Finance, Ops, etc.)
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to create executive-level documentation and strategic roadmaps
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-600) preferred
