Part-time, InternshipDescriptionVydia is looking for a highly organized and detail-focused part-time Data Entry Intern to join our Label Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations by managing data entry for our clients, labels, and artists, while also assisting with key marketing and reporting tasks. From drafting communications to streaming partners and preparing weekly marketing reports to updating project trackers and verifying data accuracy, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of music distribution and streaming.
You will also support team meetings by documenting action items and contributing to ad hoc projects and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the music industry! This role will report directly to the Vice President of Label Services and work alongside a collaborative and passionate team.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment, with strong attention to accuracy and a willingness to learn about music distribution and streaming operations.Candidate must be located in a Vydia-registered state, which includes: FL, MA, NJ, NY, PA, IL, TN, or TX
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update campaign strategy information for clients, labels, and artists
- Handle all data entry tasks as directed by the Vice President of Label Services
- Maintain credentials required for DSP backend pitching
- Draft email communications to streaming partners to support the Label Services team
- Prepare weekly marketing reports and update project spreadsheets and sales sheets as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc data entry projects and analysis
- Document action items and updates during Label Services team meetings
- Review key data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
- Verify and cross-reference data from Label Services-related content and documents
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Some college coursework preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required to optimize interactions both internally and externally
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to adapt to working under constantly changing priorities
- A critical eye when reviewing current processes
- Music industry experience a plus
