The ideal candidate will have a strong command over people management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and motivate employees.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects concurrently, adhering to established project management methodologies and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering open communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
- Mentor and coach junior project team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and business analysis, to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
