Network Configuration Management Specialist - Hardware Engineer 1

Ensuring that the Configuration Management (CM) environment facilitates product review, and change and defect tracking activities, and preferably has experience or training in the use of CM tools.Developing the CM planReporting progress based on change requestsUnderstanding configuration management principlesAuditing configuration management activities by validating results against the baseline.Reports findings to change manager for final review and recommendation of revisions as appropriate.RequirementsTwo (2) years of experience with technical drawings and AutoCAD or similar software.

 Have a thorough working knowledge of reading RFP’s, blueprints, specifications, and system documentation.  Working knowledge of drafting methods and basic understanding of engineering drawings and principles. Appreciation of construction methods and schedules.
