What you’ll do
- Deliver safe, direct nursing care to residents
- Administer meds and document accurately
- Monitor patient status and report changes fast
- Support RNs with assessments and care plans
- Guide CNAs and assist new staff
- Keep equipment and supplies ready for use
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Must-haves
- Active LVN license in California
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ year LVN experience (acute or long-term care)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass TB screen and DOJ fingerprint check
- Reliable commute to Marina District
