You will own a $2M plus mid-market portfolio and lead customers beyond onboarding into measurable long-term success with Property Meld. You are their trusted advisor, their strategic partner, and the person who grows their revenue impact by unlocking added features and deeper platform value.This is not a reactive role. You will run point on account health, lead high-impact Maintenance Ops Reviews, prevent churn before it starts, and drive meaningful upsell conversations that transform how customers run maintenance operations.

What You Will Do πŸ’₯


  • Own a $2M plus ARR portfolio: Protect renewals, mitigate churn, and expand revenue with intent.
  • Lead strategic Maintenance Ops Reviews: Show customers where they win, where inefficiencies cost them money, and how they can do more with Property Meld.
  • Partner across the lifecycle: Collaborate with our Onboarding Manager and Enablement Specialists to ensure every account achieves maximum value post-sale.
  • Drive adoption and feature expansion: Identify gaps in usage, map customer needs to added features, and close upsell opportunities.
  • Be the retention engine: Stay ahead of risk signals, rally internal resources, and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Influence product direction: Surface customer insights to shape our roadmap for mid-market operators.

  • 4 plus years of Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in SaaS or tech
  • Proven success managing $1M plus ARR books with retention and upsell accountability
  • Commercial acumen: able to discover needs, build business cases, and close deals
  • Strong communicator, confident with executives and front-line teams alike
  • Skilled at connecting customer goals to solutions and driving forward motion

  • On Target Earnings: $140,000 to $180,000 (base plus commission plus uncapped bonus)
