Our Australian team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced seller who can help position Prophix Australia as the go-to advanced analytics partner in the region.

What You Will Do


In this role, you’ll focus on new business acquisition and expansion across mid-market and enterprise organizations in Australia. You’ll drive opportunities that combine KNIME, advanced analytics solutions, and related professional services.You will:

  • Sell advanced analytics software (KNIME) and Connected Services across a defined ANZ territory.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 3–4x quota coverage and self-source at least 30% of opportunities.
  • Win 6+ new enterprise logos annually, with deal sizes typically ranging from AUD $80K–$150K+.
  • Run executive-level business case discussions with CFO, CIO, CDO, and data/analytics leaders.
  • Partner closely with Solution Consultants and Professional Services to design compelling analytics use cases and deployment plans.
  • Stay current on industry trends, analytics technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene and accurate weekly forecasting, including use of MAAP for KNIME Business Hub and Connected Services deals.
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market initiatives, case studies, and thought leadership.

What You Will Bring


To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications


  • 5–10 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in Analytics, BI, Data Science platforms, or related enterprise technology.
  • Proven success selling into mid-market and enterprise customers ($15M–$1B+ revenue).
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles with technical and business buyers.
  • Experience selling KNIME, advanced analytics platforms, BI solutions, or data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and virtual demo tools.
  • A history of activity-based sales success and territory development.
  • Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with Finance, Data, and IT executives.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, highly driven, and comfortable with self-sourced hunting.
  • Strong territory and time management, with a data-driven approach to pipeline health.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
