Job Brief:
We are looking for a seasoned E-Learning Specialist to lead and coordinate the design, development, and execution of digital learning experiences. This role combines instructional design knowledge with strong technical project management skills and will play a key role in implementing blended and mapped learning strategies aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of learning design frameworks such as ADDIE, be familiar with SCORM and xAPI standards, and have hands-on experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools.
As the E-Learning Specialist, you will:
- Design, implement, and manage blended and digital learning programs mapped to learner needs and business objectives.
- Act as a technical project manager for e-learning initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into engaging, interactive content.
- Oversee the integration and deployment of e-learning modules in SCORM-compliant Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Apply learning design frameworks such as ADDIE and agile approaches to develop high-impact learning solutions.
- Ensure content accessibility, compatibility, and performance across platforms and devices.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including content creators, graphic designers, subject matter experts, and developers.
- Evaluate and optimize learning programs using data, learner feedback, and performance outcomes. Support continuous improvement efforts through pilot testing, versioning, and innovation in digital learning strategies.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering educational technology, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in e-learning design, development, and delivery.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end e-learning projects, from needs analysis to implementation and evaluation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, developers, and trainers.
- Strong technical project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and team coordination.
- Experience with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Solid experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, blackboard, Docebo, TalentLMS, etc.).
- Good understanding of SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can API), and other e-learning standards.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and web technologies is a plus.
- Experience in multimedia production (audio/video editing) using tools like Adobe Premiere, illustrator, Audacity, Camtasia.
- Solid knowledge of key E-learning strategies and approaches (e.g. blended learning, adaptive learning, etc.).
- Proficient in ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
