- Build and evolve MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) and support the development of predictive LTV/CAC models, collaborating with our central data science team.
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure campaign incrementality, creative impact, and pricing or paywall changes.
- Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to shape daily spend decisions and quarterly growth planning.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for Performance, ASO, Monetization, and CRM functions.
- Develop robust dashboards and reports for marketing and leadership, ensuring the right metrics drive action.
- Contribute to building a data-driven experimentation culture within Growth.
Who You Are
- 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics or growth analytics for consumer apps or subscription businesses.
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution, MMM, A/B testing, and cohort-based LTV analysis.
- Advanced skills in SQL and proficiency with Python, R, or similar analytical environments.
- Experience working with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Solid grasp of statistical methods and data storytelling — you make complex results clear and actionable.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting insights to both marketing and product stakeholders.
- Hands-on, curious, and outcome-oriented — you care about impact more than vanity metrics.

- Experience in mobile subscription or freemium app environments.
- Familiarity with Braze, AppsFlyer, or Adjust data pipelines.
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks and campaign incrementality.
- Exposure to data visualization and automation in modern growth stacks.
