Our integrated GLP-1 medication weight management program utilizes state-of-the-art at-home blood collection kits and connected clinical telehealth services to screen, onboard, and manage qualified candidates, ensuring medication adherence and effective management of side effects through continuous telehealth support.Job SummaryWe’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to support our VP of Strategic Partnerships in driving revenue growth and building strong, lasting client relationships.

This role focuses on front-end sales activity: prospecting, qualifying, informed selling, scheduling meetings, and leading client-facing conversations that set the stage for long-term partnerships.The Account Executive will be highly skilled in our product suite, enabling them to position solutions effectively, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure clients see immediate value. You’ll play a critical role in moving prospects through the sales cycle before transitioning completed accounts to our Client Success team.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Conduct informed sales conversations, demonstrating strong product knowledge and tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings between clients/prospects, the company, and the VP of Strategic Partnerships.Manage the front-end sales process including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, and contract support.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value.
  • Act as a trusted client-facing partner, building credibility through expertise and consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and account notes in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product teams to align sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to Client Success, setting them up for long-term growth.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong consultative sales skills with a proven ability to uncover client needs and align solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly skilled in product knowledge with the ability to confidently demonstrate and explain offerings.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of sales, account executive, or client-facing experience; background in SaaS, healthcare, or technology partnerships a plus.
