Are you a motivated, results-driven automotive professional with a passion for helping dealerships succeed? We’re looking for a Virtual Performance Coach (VPC) to join our growing team!In this role, you’ll partner with auto dealerships nationwide to help them maximize their CRM systems, streamline lead management, and drive measurable sales growth. You’ll manage 20–30 dealer accounts, providing personalized coaching that directly impacts their success.
What You’ll Do
- CRM Coaching: Train and support dealerships on CRM functionality, lead routing, reporting, and best practices.
- Lead Management: Guide dealers on response times, follow-up strategies, and prioritizing high-value opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Analyze CRM data, uncover opportunities, and develop strategies to increase close rates and revenue.
- Dealer Relationships: Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, salespeople, and service advisors.
- Training & Development: Deliver engaging training sessions, presentations, and one-on-one coaching tailored to dealer needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven automotive industry experience as a CRM Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role (required).
- In-depth knowledge of automotive CRM systems and dealership operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional home office setup for video meetings and training.
