Purpose of the job:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for building new customers in North America with specific Aftermarket & Key account management focus for Vestas Americas, Nordex US and driving new Accounts in other verticals to Diversify RESOLUX INC.’ business. The ambition is to learn the organization, the market and the customers to take over the position as Country Manager role for Resolux Inc.
Main responsibility / tasks:
Random but not limited to:
· Deliver on Sales budget with focus on new customers mentioned below.· Responsible for strategic development of new key accounts such as Vestas/Nordex in collaboration with Sales team in North America and support global sales development with Group CCO. · Promote our Resolux/Gexpro Services brands. · Develop RESOLUX Inc. business in collaboration with Gexpro Services Sales & Management teams. · Ensure high level of Sales Activity across the new accounts incl. visiting own key account(s) in US – or jointly supportive visits with colleagues to drive relationship and business globally. · Participate in global Sales meetings · Participate in North America exhibitions. · Drive Business Development, in wind and in other verticals (segments). · Support and information-sharing from US to all Resolux subsidiary related to key accounts/aftermarket – to sharing success & challenges to grow business globally. · Develop Sales opportunities in North America and support global Key Account Management benefiting to good team spirit globally. · Collaborate with Project Management and Operations globally. .
Building up a BD team including Sales management in the Team
Success Criteria
Meet the year Sales budget of the BD key accounts, and in North America · Development of strategic key accounts from US – for global sales – with coordination, information of global team in Resolux. · Grow Aftermarket sales & focus on spare parts scope development. . Ensure your Sales team is engaged, motivated and proactive to create satisfied loyal customers for long-term relationships · Positive collaboration with PM/Operations and Sales/Customer Service/Purchase globally, and at strategic level.

Need-to-have qualifications:
· Sales Team Management B2B & leadership experience. · Business Development and key account experience incl. Sales Technics/Cold Canvas · Experience with collaboration with multiple functions within global business, able to work with a range of stakeholders · Excellent understanding of business processes · Tech. Know how & flair** · Strong IT-skills: MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel and ERP (Business Central) + CRM systems · Fluent in English, orally and in writing · Cultural understanding and able to navigate/adapt to different cultures
Nice-to-have qualifications:
· **Experience with Industrial products e.x. within Electronics/ Mechanicals/Fasteners (hardware) and VMI-solutions. · Experienced in team leadership remotely.
